Block- Hunter’s Star

hunterstarblockcascadeQuiltsdotcom  The Hunter’s star is an interesting little block.  Approximately 9.5 x 9.5 when put together with charm pack squares and a lot of “trimming to fit” each other.   Not a block for beginners unless you find different measurements that work together better than I did.

DSCN6631 Getting it all fitted together is so worth that extra effort, tho..  because you get an extra pattern with some turning of this simple block..

DSCN6632 A STAR is born!!   and with some fabric choices in different colors you can have a really Starry out come.
